Finance Systems Administrator (NetSuite)
Job Description
PagerDuty is seeking a Finance Systems Administrator, who specializes in NetSuite, as part of the Business Applications team. You will participate in projects and support scaling our Financial Systems to support our explosive business growth. An ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of NetSuite, financial processes (Record to Report, Order to Cash and/or Procure to Pay), and have exceptional analytical, communication, and problem solving skills. They will also need to be comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization, including executive leadership. In this role, you will interact frequently with senior management and must become a trusted thought-leader to our extended business partners.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Independently work on projects to scale financial application processes including integrations between NetSuite, Salesforce, Zuora, Coupa, and Anaplan.
- Perform administrator tasks for NetSuite, develop automations with NetSuite workflow, and debug custom scripts written in SuiteScript 2.0.
- Create efficiencies across Finance & Accounting operations via evaluating processes, recommending improvements, and identifying new opportunities.
- Drive continuous improvement of the business process in the Record to Report, Order to Cash and/or Procure to Pay domains.
- Gather and formalize business requirements, prepare design documents & detailed test plans, and facilitate E2E testing for enhancements and projects.
- Collaborate with the Business Applications team and business partners to influence and deliver projects based upon the roadmap.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2+ years of IT experience in complete software development life cycle process including planning, analysis, design, development, testing, implementation and maintenance.
- 2+ years leading projects in NetSuite with strong knowledge of the NetSuite stack and experience with all NetSuite modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Multibook, FAM, etc.).
- Working knowledge of SuiteScript, SuiteTalk, SuiteFlow, CSV imports, user provisioning, defining roles, analytics, and scheduling scripts.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience working in an international environment/company.
- Experience working for a public company with specific knowledge of SOX compliance.
- Ability to work closely with stakeholders to consult, train & improve knowledge of existing NetSuite features.
- Ability to work with a fast-paced and agile team focused on strong execution.
- NetSuite SuiteCloud Developer certifications a plus.
The base salary range for this position is 100,000 - 153,000 USD. This role may also be eligible for bonus, commission, equity, and/or benefits.
Our base salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range, which is subject to change based on primary work location, reflects the minimum and maximum base salary we expect to pay newly hired employees for the position. Within the range, we determine pay for an individual based on a number of factors including market location, job-related knowledge, skills/competencies and experience.
