We are actively seeking a skilled Netsuite Administrator to join our team at Coursera. As a vital part of our Business Enterprise Solutions team you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Netsuite Finance system. Your key responsibilities will include system configuration customization and maintenance as well as providing technical support and troubleshooting for end users. Additionally you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system enhancements streamline business processes and drive continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Netsuite administration a solid understanding of ERP principles and a proactive approach to problem-solving and system optimization.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and support the day-to-day administration of the Netsuite Finance system including user access security settings profiles and roles.

• Configure and customize Netsuite Finance modules to meet the specific financial requirements and processes of the organization.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document finance-related business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications for system enhancements and customizations.

• Provide technical support and troubleshoot finance system issues to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations including managing system integrations and data migration processes.

• Continuously evaluate and optimize the performance of the Netsuite Finance system identify areas for improvement and recommend and implement best practices to enhance efficiency accuracy and compliance within the finance function of the organization.

• Utilize ServiceNow ticketing system to manage and prioritize support requests incidents and change management activities related to the Netsuite system ensuring timely resolution and adherence to SLAs.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including system configurations customizations and procedures to ensure accurate and up-to-date knowledge transfer and system understanding.

Basic Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in computer science information systems or a related field. Relevant certifications like Netsuite Administrator Certification are highly desirable.

• Experience: 2+ years of experience working with Netsuite administration configuration and customization. Previous experience as a system administrator or in a related role is preferred.

• Technical proficiency in Netsuite administration including configuration customization and scripting. Familiarity with SuiteScript SuiteFlow and SuiteBuilder is a plus. Knowledge of SQL ERP systems and integrations is also beneficial.

• Ability to understand complex business requirements troubleshoot system issues and provide effective solutions. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills are essential.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Meticulous attention to detail is necessary for system configuration data migration and ensuring data integrity.

• Netsuite is a rapidly evolving platform so adaptability and willingness to continuously learn and keep up with updates and new features is important. Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and technologies is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Possession of relevant Netsuite certifications such as Netsuite Administrator Certification or Netsuite SuiteFoundation Certification is highly preferred.

• 3+ years of demonstrated Netsuite administration experience in any of the following areas: Fixed Assets Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable General Ledger Cash Management Revenue Management Procurement Financial Reporting and Analytics or any other relevant financial modules in Netsuite.

• Experience managing Netsuite for a US based global company with subsidiaries in multiple countries is preferred. Familiarity with multi-currency transactions intercompany processes and global financial reporting requirements.

• Proficiency in creating and managing custom reports dashboards and analytics within Netsuite

• Strong understanding and experience with integrating Netsuite with other business systems such as CRM or eCommerce platforms is a plus as it enhances data flow and streamlines processes.
