You will influence strategy across product development, go-to-market, and international expansion, collaborating closely with engineering, marketing, finance, and regulatory functions. This is a senior leadership role ideal for a commercially astute, customer-focused professional passionate about transforming SME financial wellbeing.

Accountabilities

  • Define and execute the long-term strategy and operating model for wealth services, including savings, deposits, and investment offerings.
  • Own full P&L accountability, driving growth in deposits, assets under management, revenue, and profitability.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing, multidisciplinary team across product, commercial, operations, and go-to-market functions.
  • Lead the full product lifecycle, ensuring regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and seamless customer experiences.
  • Develop and implement go-to-market, pricing, and monetisation strategies, including partnerships with financial institutions and service providers.
  • Scale operations efficiently, implementing robust processes for onboarding, servicing, treasury management, and customer support.
  • Drive international expansion, tailoring products and operations to local markets, regulations, and customer needs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, finance, risk, legal, and central teams to execute strategic priorities.
  • Leverage data analytics, experimentation, and customer insights to guide decision-making and optimise product performance.
  • Requirements

    • Proven leadership experience in high-growth organisations, ideally within fintech, banking, or wealth management.
    • Deep domain expertise in SME-focused savings, deposits, treasury-linked products, or investment solutions.
    • Strong track record of scaling a business or product line, ideally with full P&L responsibility.
    • Exceptional product leadership skills across discovery, build, launch, and optimisation phases.
    • Commercial acumen, with experience in pricing, revenue modelling, partnerships, and monetisation strategies.
    • Highly analytical, comfortable using data and metrics to inform strategy and prioritisation.
    • Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills, able to influence executives and teams.
    • Demonstrated ability to build and mentor high-performing teams in a dynamic, fast-scaling environment.
    • Innovative and customer-obsessed, with a bias for execution, resilience, and continuous improvement.
    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
    • Benefits

      • Competitive salary with performance-based incentives and equity options.
      • Generous annual leave and paid parental leave.
      • Health insurance, life and accident coverage, and mental wellbeing support.
      • Learning and development budget, including courses, coaching, and professional growth opportunities.
      • Flexible work arrangements with options for remote work and international travel.
      • Sabbatical leave and paid volunteering/personal growth days.
      • Support for home office setup and technology equipment.
      • Inclusive and diverse workplace culture promoting collaboration and innovation.
