Financial Analyst

The Financial Analyst will be a crucial member of the Sales Operations Finance team supporting our sales teams. In this role you will partner with senior sales leaders, establish yourself as a trusted finance partner, and become an extension of the sales team. The right candidate will be able to guide the sales teams through regular planning and forecasting cycles along with identifying and communicating valuable insights to the sales management team to help drive key business decisions and grow revenue.
Responsibilities include:

• Deliver insights to sales management to support key business decisions.
• Provide quarterly business reviews to sales management.
• Manage weekly, quarterly, and annual sales planning & forecasting processes.
• Determine quota achievement for sales commission payouts.
• Identify and drive sales system and reporting enhancements.

Minimum Job Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree in Finance
• 2+ years of related experience.
• Experience interacting with senior sales leadership and/or managing sales planning processes.
• Strong relationship building, communication, and presentation skills.
• Superior business and analytical skills.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience creating complex financial models.
• Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, fun, demanding environment.
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership over increasingly larger projects.
• High energy level.
