This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Fintech Solutions Associate in the United States.
This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of financial technology and business growth, helping SMB and Mid-Market corporate clients optimize payments, capital solutions, and financial operations. As a Fintech Solutions Associate, you will act in a consultative, sales-support capacity, partnering with account teams to identify opportunities, progress deals, and drive adoption of fintech products. You will engage with clients through demos, proposals, and value-based discussions, providing insights that improve operational efficiency and unlock revenue growth. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, enjoys working collaboratively, and is motivated to make a tangible impact on customer success. Your contributions will influence both customer outcomes and company revenue metrics.

Accountabilities:

  • Drive net-new and backbook fintech sales across SMB and Mid-Market corporate accounts, owning key revenue metrics such as attach rate, pipeline contribution, and quota attainment.
  • Prospect, qualify, and progress opportunities while acting as the primary early-cycle engagement driver.
  • Partner with Account Executives, Customer Success, Fintech Specialists, and Sales Engineers to identify whitespace and accelerate product adoption.
  • Conduct product walkthroughs, deliver tailored demos, and lead value-based discussions showcasing how fintech solutions enhance operations and cash flow.
  • Maintain Salesforce CRM accuracy, including opportunity creation, stage updates, forecasting, and deal documentation for full pipeline visibility.
  • Prepare customer-ready proposals, collateral, and materials to support deal progression and maximize attach outcomes.
  • Analyze adoption, attach rates, and pipeline performance to inform strategic outreach and optimize engagement.
  • Support marketing initiatives, webinars, and campaigns designed to accelerate conversion and fintech adoption.
  • Requirements:
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales coordination, inside sales, or SaaS sales support, ideally in fintech or payments.
  • Strong proficiency with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, with the ability to manage leads, track opportunities, and generate actionable reports.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through skills to manage multiple accounts and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and translate insights into sales strategies.
  • Genuine interest in financial technology, digital payments, and helping businesses grow through fintech solutions.
