The Opportunity:
•  Full scope Family Medicine practice with excellent clinical and administrative support and modern facilities and equipment.
•  4-day work week, 1:15 call by week and 6+ weeks off year one provides an excellent work/life balance and time to enjoy living in Metro Minneapolis.
•  Join a collaborative staff with easy access to consults and other specialties onsite.

Compensation Details:
•  Guaranteed base. salary years 1 and 2 plus RVU production bonus with expected earnings to $275-$300K
•  Ownership track after year two with moderate buy-in, significant wRVU bonus and total compensation 75th MGMA percentile or better.
•  Signing bonus, relocation stipend plus additional incentives.
