About You
As VSCO’s FP&A Analyst, you will play an instrumental role in forecasting and planning, financial reporting, and strategic financial analysis while also helping to bring structure and rigor to our organization’s financial processes and procedures. You will also act as a cross-functional thought partner to the business. This role is an opportunity to make a big impact with visibility to business leaders across the organization.
The day-to-day
- Own components of VSCO’s operating model
- Contribute to key aspects of the monthly financial reporting processes and close deliverables
- Maintain and further develop headcount and operating expense forecasts, as well as performing variance analysis across the business
- Support in preparing presentations and the development of monthly close packages for senior management
- Collaborate with Strategic Finance team to analyze business and performance trends to provide actionable insights to leadership and department leads
- Assist with ad hoc projects to support key business decisions
- Help to implement best practices for finance functions, processes, and procedures
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience in corporate finance
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Experience working with Netsuite and Netsuite Planning & Budgeting a plus
- A roll-up-the-sleeves results oriented approach
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively via written and verbal communication
- A positive attitude with a can-do mentality. You are collaborative, with an ability to build successful working relationships with a variety of internal partners
- Outstanding time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects/tasks at once
Nice to have:
- Experience with mobile app-based businesses and/or freemium business models
- Experience making decisions based on complex information and difficult tradeoffs
- Appreciation for photography and the visual arts

Compensation
The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors, such as qualifications, experience, and skills. The base salary range for this role is $128,000-$136,000. Salary is one component of the total compensation package, which includes bonuses (if eligible), equity, flexible time off, and other benefits.
