POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking an energetic, highly motivated FP&A Jr Manager to join our finance team in our fast-growing Cybersecurity company. The FP&A Jr Manager will play a pivotal role in data analysis, reporting and providing financial insights, analysis, and strategic guidance to support our company's financial planning and decision-making processes.

JOB SCOPE:
ThreatLocker's FP&A Jr Manager is responsible for, but not limited to:
- Financial Planning:
Lead the development, implementation, and management of the company's, annual budget and financial forecasts. Collaborate with various departments to gather input and ensure alignment with corporate objectives. - Financial Analysis:
Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and scenario modeling to provide insights into the company's performance. Identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable strategies. - Reporting:
Prepare and present regular financial reports and dashboards to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and financial metrics. Assist in creating executive-level presentations for board meetings and monthly reporting. - Strategic Planning:
Work closely with the executive team to support the development and refinement of the company's long-term financial strategy. Provide financial guidance and insight to drive strategic decision-making. - Cost Analysis:
Analyze costs associated with various business activities and initiatives. Identify cost-saving opportunities and provide recommendations for cost optimization. - Forecast Accuracy:
Continuously monitor actual financial results against forecasts and budgets. Identify discrepancies and proactively make adjustments as necessary to achieve financial goals. - Capital Budgeting:
Evaluate investment opportunities and projects, assess their financial feasibility, and make recommendations for capital allocation. - Team Leadership:
Manage and develop a team of financial analysts, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship. Ensure the team's performance meets departmental and organizational objectives. - Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes, enhance data quality, and implement best practices to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the FP&A function. - Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 2+ years of Audit background a big plus, but not a disqualifying factor.
- Proven experience in financial planning and analysis
- Strong financial modeling and analysis skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools, especially Excel
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a dynamic business environment.

- Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
