About the Role:

• Lead FP&A support for business leaders within the Finance & Workplace organization
• Build trusted relationships with partners and teams
• Manage forecasting and close processes (forecasts, scenario modeling) Prepare management reporting - analyzing financial results, distilling/summarizing important trends, assessing our risk, and communicating important messages to senior management
• Build detailed financial, scenario-based models to evaluate investment priorities and evaluate potential alternatives
• Build analysis and presentation of strategic materials for important management meetings
• Improve and scale by developing repeatable business, operational and financial processes widely understood by all important partners

About You:

• 8+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, management consulting, business operations, corporate strategy or similar functions
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics with a strong knowledge of Accounting principles
• Ability to work cross functionality and drive alignment across the organization Distill complex issues down to the most salient points
• Curious, collaborative, and responsive
• Experience with the following systems - Anaplan, Oracle, Snowflake or other BI tools
