Job Description

Team: IT

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Front-End Web Developer in Mexico.

This role offers the opportunity to design and build dynamic, user-friendly web interfaces that bridge the gap between visual design and functional implementation. The Front-End Developer will work on both public-facing websites and internal tools, contributing to a wide range of projects in a remote-first, globally distributed environment. This position emphasizes collaboration with designers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver seamless, high-performance applications using frameworks like React and Angular. You will be involved in translating wireframes into reusable, maintainable code, optimizing performance, and ensuring a consistent and engaging user experience. The role provides autonomy, creative input, and exposure to evolving architectures in a culture focused on innovation, quality, and continuous learning.

Accountabilities:

  • Develop new user-facing features and translate design wireframes into functional, visually appealing code
  • Build reusable components and ensure code quality, maintainability, and scalability across projects
  • Collaborate closely with designers, developers, and other teams to bridge design and technical implementation
  • Optimize application performance, ensuring fast, responsive, and consistent user experiences
  • Support internal UI tools and back-office interfaces to improve operational workflows
  • Contribute to website optimization, SEO adherence, and technical best practices for front-end development
  • Maintain alignment with evolving architectural standards and development frameworks
  • Requirements:

    • Proven experience with modern front-end frameworks, especially React and Angular
    • Strong skills in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and Tailwind, with solid understanding of SPA, SSG, and asynchronous request handling
    • Experience with server-side CSS pre-processing and code versioning tools such as GitHub
    • Familiarity with UI/UX principles, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility
    • Experience with automated testing frameworks like Cypress or Playwright is a plus
    • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a remote, distributed team
    • Dedicated workspace and reliable high-speed internet connection
    • Optional: familiarity with Figma, Lokalise, and front-end security best practices
    • Benefits:

      • Fully remote, work-from-anywhere position with flexible schedule and PTO plan
      • Opportunity to shape impactful web experiences that reach global users
      • Professional development budget for conferences, courses, and learning resources
      • Collaborative, high-performance, globally distributed team environment
      • Emphasis on work-life balance and autonomy in day-to-day responsibilities
      • Exposure to cutting-edge front-end technologies and evolving web architectures
