Summary: We are seeking a Fulfillment Operations Specialist. This individual will establish partnerships both internally and externally. Assist a team of highly collaborative professionals by leading all aspects of our fulfillment and payment processing operations. This team is a crucial component of the Delivery Organization and will play an instrumental part in ensuring operational excellence for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the operational relationship with various partners that support Onbe.
- “Day-to-Day” fulfillment partner troubleshooting, reporting, and support.
- They are coordinating with Implementations and other collaborator teams on partner projects.
- Support escalation management for all aspects of the cardholder collateral process, including creative design, partner setup, client marketing compliance, and quality assurance.
- Inventory monitoring and ordering.
- Support all aspects of Maritime fulfillment operations, including but not limited to; partner relations, cash ordering/forecasting, reporting & reconciliation, customer support, accruals, usage monitoring, and equipment/supply ordering and troubleshooting.
- Ensuring contractual requirements and service levels are being met with our fulfillment partners. Maintained daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual fulfillment SLA reports. Communicate to internal stakeholders on any potential business impact.
- Ensuring Onbe aligns with partners, payment industry, regulations, and requirements.
- Forecasting fulfillment card volumes, ATM Cash needs, etc.
- Support the team with inspiration and passion for mentorship by maintaining a strong employee engagement culture.
- Supervise individual bandwidth and maintain reporting that reflects capacity and helps ensures adequate resource availability.
- Report on individual monthly Key Performance Indicators to reflect work and areas of opportunity.
- Support teammates' detailed onboarding/training process and help ensure materials are kept up to date.
- Work with the team to identify process improvements and work with internal team members to achieve these changes.
- Regularly attend partner calls, business reviews, and other partner meetings. Also, where appropriate, share updates with internal partners and team members.
Qualifications:
- 2+ Years’ experience working with partners/vendors.
- Experience in inventory monitoring and forecasting
- Experience working in payment processing is a plus.
- Experience in leading internal projects is a plus.
- Excellent business writing and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft programs, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
The base salary range for this position is between $54,630.00 to $72,840.00, with eligibility for an annual bonus. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, business needs, and market demand. This position can be office-based, hybrid, or fully remote in the continental United States. Onbe’s employee base is mostly clustered in the Eastern and Central time zones, with offices in suburban Philadelphia and suburban Chicago. Some periodic travel will be required.
