Your Role and Responsibilities

• Knowledge working with client-server architectures networking protocols application development and using databases.
• Create Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) that are clean well-documented and easy to use.
• Develop UI using technologies like React and JavaScript
• Design and code micro services working with other micro services databases and cloud services. The implementation must be reusable scalable high available and meet critical architecture goals.
• Have an understanding of or experience with Agile development methodology.
• Create and configure Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) Platform as a Service (PaaS) and Software as a Service (SaaS) applications. Design and implement large scale systems and Service Oriented Architectures (SOA) that enable continuous delivery.

• Highly motivated and have a passion for creating and supporting great products.
• Thrive on collaboration working side by side with people of all backgrounds and disciplines and you have very strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Great at solving problems debugging troubleshooting designing and implementing solutions to complex technical issues.
• Have a basic understanding of software development and programming languages.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• College graduate in computer or related science
• Willing to relocate to RTP area
• Must have basic knowledge in two or more of the following technology areas: Golang JavaScript Node Bash Terraform Python JSON YMAL
• Knowledge working with servers applications and databases and UI
• Familiarity with APIs
• Basic knowledge of operating systems and how they work (i.e. Operating systems courses); Container technologies; Internet Services; and/or Managed Services

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• 3 months experience in one or more of the following technology areas: Golang Node Java
• 3 months experience with APIs and or UI
