Full Stack Developer (React/PHP)

Requirements:

Front-end tech stack:

• Experience with a ReactJS ecosystem – (Redux, React-router, React hooks, styled-components, etc.)
• Demonstrable knowledge of modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3 and ReactJS

Back-end tech stack:

• Understanding of PHP in REST applications as well for async/background processing
• Cross service communication with scheduled and stream data pipelines
• Understanding of OOP, MVC and essential Design Patterns
• Experience with PHP frameworks like CakePHP, Symfony, Laravel
• MySQL experience, NoSQL (ElasticSearch and/or Redis) is a plus
• Docker, Docker-compose, Kubernetes, AWS-ECS and other container orchestration tools 
• CI/CD experience, GitHub actions, or similar

It's nice to have (but not mandatory):

• Understanding of AWS (ECS, S3, Lambda, SQS)
• Understanding of Kafka
• Experience building APIs and API specifications (OpenAPI, Swagger)
• End to end testing - Cypress or similar
• Experience in building integrations with external APIs

Responsibilities:

• Develop new features and maintain existing ones for our app on Shopify
• Be part of the team that builds the messaging connectivite for our Yotpo SMS application
• Work with different stakeholders (DevOps, Back end team, Marketing team)
