Full Stack Engineer - Consumer Privacy & Reputation

You Will:

• Manage your work from technical design, testing, maintaining and documenting
• Collaborate with the Product team and other members of the Engineering team to solve business & technical challenges in simple, sustainable ways
• Participate in code and technical design reviews.
• Measure and implement iterative improvements to our web properties.
• Identify ways to improve our technology and process.
• Contribute to the direction of our platform with your ideas.
• Provide comprehensive unit and functional testing for all routes, endpoints, and features.

You Have:

• 3+ years of software development experience building SaaS products in React and Next.js.
• A firm grasp on Agile software development methodologies
• An understanding of developing RESTful APIs
• Familiarity with some or all of the following:
• NodeJS or similar scripting languages
• Jest, Mocha, or similar testing frameworks
• RabbitMQ, Kafka, or similar message queue technologies
• React/Redux, Angular, Vue, or similar frontend frameworks
• SQL or NoSQL databases
• Containerization technologies such as Docker
• Authentication mechanisms such as OAuth, JWT
• Browser automation & web scraping

Bonus

• Experience with gRPC by protobuf to accelerate communication between micro-services.
• Understanding of credit bureaus, credit reports, and credit related products.
