We are looking for an accomplished and dedicated Technical Program Manager to join our hard-working team! The role will be high-visibility and offer exciting challenges problem solving, collaboration and communication, cross-team orchestration, and day-to-day team management and leadership.

We are looking for an accomplished and dedicated Technical Program Manager to join our hard-working team! The role will be high-visibility and offer exciting challenges problem solving, collaboration and communication, cross-team orchestration, and day-to-day team management and leadership.
What you will do here:
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business partners to deliver multi-functional projects through all phases of the lifecycle - planning, development, testing, content integration & deployment
- Ensure work is sufficiently defined, prioritized by leadership, and well understood by execution teams
- Create unified schedules, manage dependencies, and track progress across a portfolio of programs
- Ensure roadblocks and tradeoff decisions are diagnosed, framed, communicated correctly, and resolved quickly and efficiently with program leadership
- Provide decision support through data gathering, information analysis, and presentation of considerations to the appropriate decision makers
- Drive communication on program health up and across the organization
- Create insights and report on key achievements and metrics
- Identify and communicate needs of the program to ensure it is set up for success
- Support roadmap and initiative planning with product and technology teams
- Identify and drive execution of strategic and process-related improvements across all programs!
Skills you need here:
- 3-6 years of experience in technical project or program management strongly preferred; may consider other relevant field such as technology delivery, technology operations or management consulting
- Solid ability to lead by influence e.g., successfully deliver large projects and programs without having direct authority over teams
- Tenacity and flexibility in problem solving, with the awareness to know how and when to change direction based on the input and feedback of partners
- Exceptional relationship building skills; able to gain trust of diverse partners from the executives to the entry-level team members
- Experience engaging with senior level management in formal presentations and informal decision-driving discussions
- Expert at facilitating high-functioning meetings, including leading productive conversations, securing decisions efficiently, and effectively balancing advocacy and inquiry
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and lead others through ambiguous situations
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrable experience working with different software development practices (e.g., Agile/Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
Preferred
- PMP or similar certification
- Proven experience within a software development team
