Essential Responsibilities:
- The GETP will prepare you for an exciting career tackling one of the world's toughest challenge towards future of flight. As an GETP, you will:
- Work on rotations over 2 years in a variety of disciplines within GE Engine Services Malaysia Sdn Bhd. (GEESM).
- Receive technical training, mentorship, and coaching from world-class technologists and experienced technical managers.
- Participate in leadership development training led by GE Aerospace.
- Grow your technical expertise in your chosen field and expand your skills in new areas.
- GETP experience technically challenging and innovative rotations in the Aerospace industry focusing in the areas of Power Plant, Process, Repair, Production & Facility Engineering.
- The core engineering skills gained in assignments are enhanced through Advanced Courses in Aircraft Engines and Corporate leadership training.
- Exposure to other GE Aerospace sites in the related function as necessary.
- Meet the Project deliverables as part of the Training Assignments.

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Aerospace / Mechanical / Manufacturing / Industrial / Mechatronic/ Electrical & Electronic Engineering/ Computer Science .
- Working experience not more than 18 months in related fields.
- Minimum CGPA of 3.5 or greater.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
