Global Cash Manager

As the Global Cash Manager at Dropbox, you will be responsible cash management, cash forecasting and short-term investments, as well as implementing related policies, processes and technology solutions. You will collaborate with key stakeholders such as Accounting, FP&A and Tax in addition to external banking and service partners to drive business initiatives and ensure all company and regulatory standards are met. This role will report directly to the Senior Manager, Treasury.

• Oversee corporate treasury operations, which includes managing bank account structure, monitoring and mobilizing global cash balances and supporting funding processes
• Own cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning for Dropbox Inc. and its subsidiaries
• Collaborate with Accounting, FP&A and Tax on cash forecasting, liquidity planning and financial reporting
• Partner with Senior Treasury Manager to develop and implement strategies for short-term investments
• Ensure compliance with Treasury controls to safeguard company assets
• Identify and pursue opportunities to automate and improve Treasury processes
• Administer treasury management system and optimize use for analytics and operational efficiency

• 5+ years of experience in corporate treasury; public company experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
• Demonstrated ability to execute projects and build collaborative working relationships with business partners
• Experience with cash flow forecasting, bank account management, and proficiency in treasury technology
• Highly analytical with strong ability to execute, meet deadlines and deliver quality results
