The Global HR Operations and Shared Services team is responsible for delivering reliable, high quality, operational solutions along with customer-focused shared services support for a wide range of key HR business processes, programs and employee life cycle queries across multiple channels and platforms.
A Lot About You
We are seeking a Contingent Workforce Program Owner to join and transform our Contingent Program. This role is not just about providing operational support to HR! We are looking for a strategic, customer-focused, enthusiastic problem solver who can partner successfully with the Business and transform the Contingent Workforce program in collaboration with our MSP and VMS vendors. Optimizing the delivery of our services is key to delighting our customer base and partners!
Your Day

• Owner of policy and processes relating to all types of Contingent Workers: staff augmentation, Outsourced Service Providers (OSP), Person of Interest (POI)
• Ensure process is streamlined and followed consistently, troubleshooting as necessary
• Partner with HRBPs and key business stakeholders to manage workforce effectiveness
• Partner with MSP to review rate cards, streamline across vendors and update/renegotiate where applicable/feasible
• Establish program SLAs, metrics, and standard reporting.
• Work with Onboarding Program Owner and BGC Program Owner to evaluate and harmonize policies and process to reduce the existing level of exception based activity
• Evaluate current OSP population globally to determine correct engagement method and partner with MSP to redirect resources where applicable.
• Review, update (and create where necessary) all intranet (The Street) content, training materials, tools and resources to provide clarity and guidance as needed
• In partnership with internal stakeholders and MSP, build out sufficient reporting to track program costs, headcount fluctuation, tenure tracking and early intervention opportunities in collaboration with the business/HRBPs
• Partner with HRAnswers (Shared Services) to train and educate and upskill them on all Contingent Workforce Program guidelines and policies
• Program manage new MSP transition and rollout along with new VMS implementation supported by a comprehensive, robust change management program

You Must Have

• A minimum of 8 years experience in the Contingent Workforce space, procurement, finance, vendor management or business operations, preferably managing projects and programs independently
• Strong stakeholder management capabilities and the ability to work with cross-functional teams in multiple locations
• Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Flexible and adaptable in handling change
• Proficient in Google suite is required - Docs, Sheets, Slides & Forms
• Excellent project management skills
• Exceptional customer focused

• Experience with contingent workforce
• Global program experience
