We are looking for a motivated Inventory Control Specialist to join our Global Logistics and Asset Management team. Reporting to the Manager, Materials Management, the Inventory Control Specialist is remotely based. You will develop and implement inventory controls on critical ancillary components to support data center deployments globally. 

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Develop and manage regular inventory checks to maintain accuracy and timeliness, working with warehouse partners and data centre technicians.
  • Coordinate inventory checks in all twelve data centers leveraging DC engineering and remote hands
  • Organize and maintain warehouse and inventory areas for efficient material storage and handling
  • Maintains labelling system on each stock item
  • Administering receipts and supporting paperwork (packing slips) and count confirmations within the purchasing system
  • Assist in weekly component inventory counts and initiate re-orders per guidance
  • Perform business reviews, as required, alongside our internal and external teams in support of auditory requirements

  • Resourceful and adaptable in a rapidly growing environment 
  • Readiness to deal with the changing landscape/scope of work as issues arise
  • Experience working in a warehouse environment a plus
  • Absolute meticulous attention to detail and a deep desire to keep tip top records
  • Exposure to—or interest in—cloud services, data center, networking and various types of server technology would be a plus

  • We reward our employees. The base salary range for this position is between $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 based on relevant years of experience and skills. The salary range for this role is specific to candidates located within the U.S. and will vary for candidates outside the U.S.. Employees may qualify for a bonus in addition to base salary; bonus amounts are determined based on company and individual performance. We also provide equity compensation to eligible employees including grants of equity upon hire and the option to participate in our Employee Stock Purchase Program.
