Job Description
As the Global Recruiting Operations Lead, you are passionate about developing, harmonizing, and implementing scalable Talent Acquisition Operations across Yahoo's global landscape with key internal and external stakeholders.
The right person will lead day-to-day Recruiting Operations with an analytical approach while developing relationships that span across the Yahoo ecosystem. Key partnerships and clients for this role include, but are not limited to, Recruiting, Onboarding, Marketing, Data Analytics, Diversity, Equity Inclusion and Culture, Employment Law and Total Rewards teams.
The Global Recruiting Operations Lead will drive industry best practices through the lens of creating an outstanding, equitable candidate experience that raises the Yahoo talent bar while we scale and sustain our talent attraction and recruiting efforts.
Your Day:
- Lead multiple projects of varying scale and complexity to support objectives
- Consult with Global Recruiting Leads, and remain up to date, on industry best practices as it relates to candidate experience, recruiting efficiencies and operational excellence
- Partner with Data Team to create meaningful and insightful reports for both ad-hoc analysis as well as business unit reviews
- Establish a relationship and cadence with the HRIS team to continuously evaluate ATS functionality and capability of additional talent technologies in relation to sourcing platforms and CRMs
- Define and evaluate best-in-class candidate experience techniques that can be launched, iterated upon, scaled and evaluated
- Continuously evaluate established Recruiting KPIs to measure success and recommend additional metrics for deeper analysis in key areas.
- Communicate updates and action items to the Global Recruiting team both as-needed as well as in monthly Global Recruiting All-Hands meetings
- Drive automation and ensure seamless integration and use of various systems, tools and tech across hiring teams.
- Act as the liaison between Yahoo's Brand Marketing team and the Global Recruiting team as it relates to social talent attraction techniques, including social media content and LinkedIn postings
Qualifications:
- 7+ years in the Recruiting or Talent Acquisition industry
- 3+ years in Operations with a foundation established in Recruiting, Sourcing, Onboarding, Coordination or a combination of all.
- Ability to format and visualize data as a means to tell a comprehensive and analytical story
- Understanding of industry best practices as it relates to talent attraction and branding
- Extensive knowledge of the full recruitment life cycle and compliance operations

If hired for this position in Colorado, the compensation range for this position is between $111,750.00 - $186,250.00. The compensation may vary depending on your location, skills and experience. The compensation package may also include additional incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions, plus equity incentives. Yahoo provides industry-leading benefits including healthcare, retirement, company holidays, vacation, sick time, parental leave and an employee assistance program.
