We have a new exciting opportunity for a Global SIOP Leader to join our team in Dublin. It's a Hybrid position (3 days in the office).

What you'll do:

As the Global SIOP Leader you will oversee the monthly SIOP process, coordinate sales and marketing forecasts into a demand and supply plan to meet customer expectations while minimizing inventory investment. You will also analyze data and prepare reports to ensure optimal supply chain execution and manage SIOP process metrics, maturity, and forecast accuracy. Additionally, the SIOP Leader will play a key role in implementing new network planning technology in 2025 and 2026.

Responsibilities:

  • Deploy Eaton's SIOP 5-step process, including portfolio, demand, and supply planning, and manage SIOP meetings
  • Lead the monthly consensus demand process, report forecasts, assumptions, risks, and opportunities to senior management
  • Provide SIOP leadership, drive continuous improvement, and adopt best practices
  • Actively participate in implementing new tools and processes
  • Develop robust demand forecasts aligned with sales and marketing expectations
  • Champion a culture of change and continual improvement through performance measures and feedback
  • Monitor key business drivers, perform analysis, and shape findings into meaningful business impact analysis

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in materials management, including, master planning, scheduling, forecasting
  • Experience with materials planning systems (MRP/ERP)
  • Demantra and Kinaxis experience desirable
  • Experience of supply chain planning and SIOP / SOP process
  • Expertise in driving business process improvement initiative

  • Organizational change management leadership.
  • Project management skills.
  • Will be required to manage the SIOP process and be a key team player in the implementation of Kinaxis. This will require excellent project management and organizational management competencies, relationship-building and influencing skills, and the ability and rigor to monitor compliance and performance metrics to drive proper behaviors.
  • Strong project management: Manages a repeatable monthly process at the division level. Will consult with leadership to develop, define, and prioritize work structure, manage roadblocks, and engage stakeholders. Works across business process teams to ensure successful delivery of a monthly SIOP site report measured by metrics, meeting minutes, and Model Plant policy compliance.
  • Management & Leadership: Will require supervisory capabilities in directing teams that are and are not directly reporting to the individual.
