Role Description:

We are looking for an entrepreneurial leader to build out our next generation of Enterprise products and services. In this role, you will build and scale our Digital Upskilling and Reskilling solutions to FTSE 1000 clients across GA’s core and frontier markets. You will provide overall direction and leadership for salespeople charged with selling multiple solutions to achieve their goals. You will collaborate closely with your peers and associated cross-functional team members to lead, manage, and ensure the success of GA Enterprise in delivering the company’s revenue goals.

Responsibilities:

Business Ownership

  • Maximize sales of our Digital Upskilling and Reskilling solutions; develop the strategy for growing the business and winning in the marketplace
  • Serve as the solutions expert; own the evolution and direction of our Digital Upskilling and Reskilling solutions suite in collaboration with Product
  • Understand and clearly communicate the value proposition of our solutions to a variety of stakeholders, especially C-level executives
  • Define the product and service components and key differentiators; ensure product-market fit 
  • Represent the final word on pricing and commercial models relative to Solution suite
  • Observe relevant market developments; serve as the expert on your competitive set and how to differentiate your solutions against the alternatives

Commercial Success & Sales Support

  • Partner with GA ecosystem, sales teams to drive revenue and develop and execute sales strategy throughout the sales cycle, from lead generation, qualification, evaluation, proposal, to close
  • Provide “in the trenches” coaching, counseling, and direction to sales to ensure success
  • Understand the sales motion for your solution from proposal prep to negotiation to conclusion of contracting
  • Co-create collateral in partnership with product marketing and sales enablement for solution-specific presentations and demonstrations; build talk tracks and positioning tailored to specific client verticals
  • Prepare annual plans to achieve and exceed revenue goals and grow the business

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Provide overall direction and leadership to cross-functional teams
  • Bring the needs of the marketplace to the attention of Product, Marketing, Sales Enablement through quantitative and qualitative data; provide feedback on results to organizational leaders
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure smooth transition from sales to contracting to implementation 
  • Anticipate and troubleshoot potential downstream delivery challenges or impediments to smooth, successful, scalable delivery

Desired Characteristics:

  • 7+ years of experience in bringing innovative commercial solutions to enterprise clients
  • Strong proficiency in consultative selling
  • Strong negotiation skills (internal and external)
  • Experience managing the selling and positioning of new product offerings
  • Experience leading successful teams and businesses
