About the Role:
Are you or have you recently been a Sales Engineer or related pre-sales technical position for 6 or more years? Do you have a deep understanding of IAM, PAM, MFA, Active Directory, Identity Providers, and/or ITDR? Do you enjoy building the perfect demo lab? Does the thought of helping a global team of 500+ of the best SEs in the world become experts in identity security intrigue you? We are looking for a top-class engineer specializing in our Identity Protection product line for our Technical Sales Learning and Development team. You will be a key member of the team responsible for helping all of our SEs up-level their knowledge and skills in focused areas of our platform. This is a great opportunity for an experienced engineer to gain global experience, work closely with our global Tech Sales leadership, partner with our CTO strategists, interact with Product Management and Engineering teams to shape and communicate product features and enhancements, build some really cool labs and demo environments with our industry-leading CrowdStrike Falcon® platform, and develop content that will help our Tech Sales team sustain CrowdStrike's growth. You'll be an expert to our Sales Engineering and Solution Architecture engineers, helping them in all ways to enhance their ability to sell, demonstrate, and prove the value of our Identity Protection product line to our customers and partners.
This Technical Enablement Specialist will join our Technical Learning and Development Team and will report to the Technical Learning and Development Manager for Field Engineering.
What You'll Do:
  • Work closely with the Identity Protection SE Specialist team to develop best practices, scripted and repeatable demos, and hands-on labs/workshops for our Field Engineering team
  • Develop labs and lab templates in partnership with our lab architect to be used by the Field Engineering team to learn and practice demonstrating the power and capabilities of Falcon Identity Protection
  • Work with product engineering, support, and product management to keep Field Engineering up-to-date with a fast-evolving platform, product, messaging, and product capabilities
  • Establish relationships across the business and leverage SMEs to further enhance enablement programs and content
  • Partner with our Technical Training and Alliances team on the creation of modular content applicable to internal and external learning paths
  • Understand the Technical Training deliverable roadmap and own program initiatives
  • Act as an Identity Protection SME to the Technical Learning and Development Manager and consult and participate in the development and maintenance of Identity Protection technical enablement learning path(s)
  • Regularly participate in pre-sales calls with customers and partners to stay current on how Identity Protection is being positioned and received in the field
  • Develop cross functional partnerships and create learning programs to equip our technical teams with the ability to understand the CrowdStrike Falcon Platform®, while assessing and validating the learner journey.

What You'll Need:
  • 6+ years experience in enablement, technical sales, technical sales management, or any technical field role
  • 3+ years experience and expertise with one or more of the following identity technologies: IAM, PAM, MFA, Active Directory, Identity Providers (Okta, Ping, Azure AD/Entra ID), ITDR (as defined by Gartner)
  • Experience creating multidimensional lab environments that include end-to-end user workflows geared to demonstrate a security outcome leveraging multiple protection technologies
  • A deep understanding of the sales process in cybersecurity/technology sales and the role a Sales Engineer plays in the opportunity lifecycle
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in highly matrixed and collaborative environments
  • An agile mentality to develop, fail fast, and iterate quickly
  • Use data and measurable outcomes to drive decisions and designs
  • An attitude of continuous improvement

Bonus Points:
  • Experience with video editing software such as Camtasia, Adobe Premier, etc.
  • Experience with Articulate, Vyond, Adobe Captivate.
  • Experience designing and deploying solutions in AWS.
  • Experience working at a SaaS company
  • Experience in any cybersecurity discipline outside of identity security (e.g. EDR/endpoint security, cloud security, etc.)

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $120,000 - $200,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits.
