This executive leadership role sits at the intersection of enterprise architecture, technical strategy, and global customer success within a fast-scaling AI development platform environment. The Global VP, Solution Architecture is responsible for guiding worldwide solution architecture teams in shaping complex enterprise deployments and ensuring alignment between customer needs and platform capabilities. This role combines deep technical expertise with strategic business leadership, enabling large organizations to modernize legacy systems and accelerate digital transformation through AI-driven solutions. Operating in a highly dynamic, global context, the position requires the ability to influence executive stakeholders, drive architectural excellence, and support large-scale enterprise sales cycles. The role also plays a critical part in scaling technical pre-sales capabilities and strengthening partner ecosystem engagement across regions. Accountabilities:
- Lead and scale a global team of Solution Architects, ensuring consistent excellence in technical pre-sales, solution design, and enterprise architecture delivery.
- Drive strategic alignment between customer IT ecosystems and platform capabilities, identifying opportunities for modernization and AI-driven transformation.
- Support complex enterprise sales cycles by providing architectural guidance, technical leadership, and value-based solution positioning.
- Develop and execute strategic growth plans, including budgeting, forecasting, and capability development for global solution architecture functions.
- Analyze global market and technology trends to inform solution strategy and enhance competitive positioning.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and partner ecosystem teams to strengthen technical capabilities and accelerate deal success.
- Act as a thought leader, promoting innovative architectural approaches and scalable enterprise solution frameworks.
- 15+ years of experience in enterprise software, solution architecture, or related technical leadership roles.
- 8+ years of experience leading global or multi-regional Solution Architecture or pre-sales engineering teams.
- Strong background in enterprise-grade application architecture, software development, or technical consulting.
- Deep understanding of web and mobile application development, database concepts, and modern software delivery practices.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and large-scale enterprise project environments.
- Strong executive communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts clearly to business and technical stakeholders.
- Proven strategic thinking, business acumen, and ability to influence senior leadership and customer executives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; advanced degree or consulting/business-focused experience is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as required.
