As the Go-To-Market Recruiter, you will be responsible for the recruitment process from sourcing all the way to making an offer. Youâll work closely with our Senior Director of Talent, Leadership Team and Hiring Managers to seek out skilled individuals who will contribute to the BetterCloud team. Our recruiters are aligned to organizational functions, but will be expected to flex when needed!Â
What Youâll Do
- Own the end to end recruitment process from kicking off roles with hiring managers to offer stage
- Responsible for âClient Facingâ and G&A hiring -- Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, Solutions Engineers, and more, depending on business needs
- Be a subject matter expert on BetterCloud and the greater tech market
- Manage up to 15 open requisitions at any given timeÂ
- Source candidates through different channels including LinkedIn, events, college partnerships, and social mediaÂ
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers
- Responsible for additional People and Talent team projects that seek to improve upon the processes in place
- Own administrative responsibilities such as scheduling interviews, creating offer letters, and managing travel (when applicable) for all candidates
About You
- 3+ years of B2B SaaS recruiting experience within a high growth organization
- Experience managing multiple open requisitions at a time
- Experience recruiting for customer facing roles such as sales, customer success, and marketing
- Track record of sourcing candidates from a variety of channels
- Ability to hire individuals of all experiences from entry level to VPs
- Experience building relationships with hiring managers and specifically executives within a company
- Ability to balance recruiting with administrative responsibilities such as scheduling, creating offer letters, and updating processes within our Applicant Tracking System
- Experience using recruiting tools such as Greenhouse, Gem, and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Prompt and effective communication skills, both written and verbal; youâll be "client facing" at all times

Salary:Â
Salary Range: $126,000Â - $140,000
This salary range represents BetterCloudâs good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of posting, and BetterCloud may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. The final salary for this position will be determined in BetterCloudâs sole discretion, consistent with applicable law, and based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the employeeâs work experience, skills, and qualifications for the role, as well as the needs of BetterCloudâs business and other operational considerations.
