Google Ads Account Manager (Lead Generation, Remote PST)

About the Role
Spacefully is a specialized digital marketing agency helping coworking and flexible workspace companies grow through Google Ads and high-converting landing pages.
This is a Google Ads-first role focused on driving measurable lead generation results.
You’ll manage and optimize client accounts, work closely with our senior strategist, and grow into a more strategic, client-facing role over time.
What You’ll Do
Google Ads (Core Focus)
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns focused on lead generation
- Improve cost per lead and conversion rates through testing and optimization
- Analyze performance trends and identify issues and opportunities
Client Communication
- Participate in client calls and performance discussions
- Communicate results, insights, and recommendations clearly
- Prepare and share performance updates, including monthly reports, with clear takeaways and next steps
Landing Pages (Supporting Role)
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates
- Suggest improvements to messaging, structure, and CTAs
- Create simple wireframes to guide layout, structure, and content
- Collaborate with designers and developers to bring pages to life
What Success Looks Like
- You improve or maintain strong cost per lead across accounts
- You can explain what’s happening in an account and why
- You proactively identify issues and opportunities
- You build trust with clients over time
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience
- Experience with lead generation campaigns
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working with clients
- Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4)
- Availability to work during Pacific Time (PST) business hours (9 AM - 5 PM)
- Ability to explain performance trends and make data-driven recommendations
Nice to Have
- Agency experience
- Landing page or CRO experience
- Experience managing multiple accounts

This role is designed to grow into a more senior position over time. You’ll work closely with our senior strategist and take on increasing ownership of accounts.
