Graphic Artist - Embroidery

Graphic Artist Key Responsibilities · Create and prepare digital artwork for embroidery and other decoration processes · Operate and maintain embroidery machines (setup, threading, troubleshooting, cleaning) · Digitize designs for embroidery production · Ensure designs meet size, color, and placement specifications · Collaborate with clients and sales staff to refine and approve artwork · Monitor production schedules and quality standards · Train and guide team member · Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment Qualifications · Proven experience in graphic design and/or embroidery machine operation · Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and embroidery digitizing software · Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and design layout · Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills · Strong communication and leadership potential · Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment · Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.50 - $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Retirement plan Ability to commute/relocate: • Warminster, PA 18974: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Education: • High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: • Graphic Art: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
