What you get to do:
- Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams or clients for a wide range of materials that may include web pages, presentations, signage, internal communication, newsletters, marketing materials, company logos, letterheads, brochures, and promotional materials
- Create and lead our design strategy, including in-take requests, timelines, creative briefs, etc.
- Develop concepts by hand or with software, and execute original content determining ideal usage of color, text, font style, imagery, and layout
- Meet with other team members to determine requirements and vision for design elements, which may include multiple strategy meetings
- Create multiple different versions of a similar product and send them through approvals
- Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends
- Select fonts, colours, shapes, designs, styles, and layouts for projects
- Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within established brand identity
- Manage the design and uploading process of all project material, understanding best practices for using a content management system
- Use trend intelligence and an understanding of the current and historical business and market to design and execute specific classifications
What you bring to the role:
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design. Experience working in SaaS is preferred
- A portfolio of published work or examples of previous designs
- A deep understanding of Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma
- Experience with video editing is strongly preferred (Premiere Pro, Descript, etc)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to keep on top of content and consumer trends and advancements in technology
- Must have Branding, video editing, experience, animation is a massive plus
