Are you interested in pursuing a career as a Production Designer? In this role you will be responsible for creating digital graphics based on requirements provided by our clients. Your main tasks will include crafting native ads creating display banners (static HTML5 animated and/or interactive) and designing presentations. If you possess video editing audio editing and illustration skills you may also get to work on projects involving these skills. We are seeking individuals who possess great attention to detail can manage multiple tasks simultaneously and can quickly adjust priorities as needed. This individual should have a strong desire to continuously improve their design skills work independently and demonstrate curiosity and interest in innovating what an advertisement can be.

What you'll be doing:

• Creating engaging programmatic display advertisements either from concept to completion or leveraging our client’s existing assets

• Using your exceptional communication skills to interpret creative briefs brand guidelines and feedback

• Applying quality assurance tactics to test every creative for functionality and accuracy before delivery

• Developing new innovative ways to bring advertisements to life pushing the boundaries of what’s possible on programmatic channels

• Leveraging critical thinking to spot opportunities for workflow efficiencies using new and existing tools including AI.

What you’ll bring to the table:

• Extensive experience in digital graphic design ideally within marketing or advertising.

• A digital portfolio or work samples are mandatory (we would love to see those banner ads!) Website is preferred in order to see motion/animation examples.

• Advanced to expert-level experience with Adobe Suite including at least basic After Effects knowledge

• Intermediate to advanced skills in motion design animation or interaction design

• Experience creating ads campaigns or promotional content for digital - this may include social media email newsletters websites paid advertising etc.

• Experience with asset optimisation across digital mobile and/or video platforms

• Additional consideration is given to candidates with advanced experience in motion design or animation Adobe Animate HTML & CSS Google Web Designer and/or is a native speaker of French Spanish or German.
