Position Overview:
ServiceTitan is seeking a results-driven Group Product Manager to lead our Accounting Workflows team of product managers which is responsible for enhancing, extending and reimagining critical accounting workflows to enable a frictionless, intuitive and scalable experience regardless of the vertical or size of client. As the Group Product Manager, you will play a highly impactful role in defining the strategy, roadmap, and go-to-market for everything in this core product area.
The successful candidate for this role will have a track record of delivering intuitive workflows, exceptional user experiences, strong leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive vision for improving accounting workflows with a focus on simplicity and scalability as ServiceTitan supports existing clients and expands to new trades.
  • Provide thought leadership, strategic insight, and clear communication (written and verbal) to your team and the rest of the organization on your product's strategy and roadmap.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to simplify the product and work vigorously to prioritize and deliver results
  • Define, evaluate, and obsess over key performance metrics to improve product quality and customer sentiment at scale
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to a team of product managers
  • Collaborate effectively with other leaders across the organization
  • Promote a culture that prioritizes customer outcomes and ease of use, fostering a team-wide commitment to delivering exceptional user experiences

Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in product management, preferably with a focus on B2B SaaS products
  • 2+ years management experience leading and developing high-performing product teams
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and a track record of delivering high quality products on time
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Self-starter that thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment with the demonstrated capacity to lead, motivate and work well with others
  • Excellent communication to both technical and non-technical audiences with demonstrated experience engaging, influencing, and leading cross-functional teams
  • Deep customer empathy and passion for delivering intuitive customer experiences
  • Accounting domain experience with strong understanding of accounting principles and workflows is required
  • 4-year degree from a top university; MBA or related graduate degree strongly preferred

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role is between $150,000 - $216,000. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
