Ibotta is seeking a Staff Product Manager to join our innovative team and contribute to our mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding. As a member of our Direct to Consumer (D2C) team, you will be responsible for innovating upon, and reshaping our web product to cater to our B2B business segment in addition to our existing D2C audience. You will create rapid, low-risk concepts aimed to better optimize redemptions, at scale, across the Ibotta Performance Network (IPN). This website will continue to meet the needs of our Ibotta Savers and complement our Ibotta Mobile App, but it will also be designed to seamlessly white-label the item-level rewards shopping experience and ensure compatibility with future IPN Partners.
This position is located in Denver, Colorado or with the option of full-time remote. Candidates must live in the United States.
What you will be doing
Working directly with two exceptional engineering squads to deliver cutting-edge, innovative products within some of the most complex and highest-visibility problem spaces at the company
Work cross-functionally to identify new areas of opportunity and transform concepts into tangible POCs and prototypes
Regularly communicate with business stakeholder teams regarding overall strategic direction and upcoming opportunities for collaboration
Become the subject matter expert for your domain and serve as the “go-to” for senior business stakeholders for any concepts, both internal (strategy, progress, initiatives) and external (state of the market, competitive landscape)
Identify and lead actionable opportunities to improve the overall Ibotta Product Management function – increasing efficiency, decision-making, output, and quality
Assist with developing training and mentoring junior product managers as needed
Embrace and uphold Ibotta’s Core Values: Integrity, Boldness, Ownership, Teamwork, Transparency & Advocate for Savers
What we are looking for
6+ years of product management experience launching successful consumer facing experiences
BA/BS in business or technology required
Track record of building and delivering high quality B2C and B2B products
Experience with web technologies, including whitelabeling and iFrame technologies
Able to leverage extensive and robust data to inform swift, high-quality decisions; but also remain decisive when faced with a lack of it
Evidence of creating clear, transparent, inclusive, and broadly understood approaches to iterative product development that increase team effectiveness
Excellent communication skills across all mediums (visual, written, verbal) that shepherd stakeholders along and bolster your decisions with focus and brevity
An ego-free embrace of vigorous debate and conviction; that it’s better to be aligned than right
Seasoned, organizational design thinking on how to best structure a cross-functional product development group
A strategic lens to say no to good ideas so we can focus on the few, truly great ones
