Requirements

• Community Building: Cultivate a vibrant global Sei community across all leading social channels.
• Terminally online: Maintain an active presence on Twitter, Discord, and Telegram, constantly engaging with our community.
• Online Event Management: Organize community events for stronger connections and lead out their execution.
• Leadership: Lead our community by example with a proactive and positive presence via. meme creation, thought leadership, etc.
• Empowerment: Identify and empower strong contributors for growth and put them in a position to help grow the sei community.
• Positive Engagement: Positively engage and reinforce good behavior in the community.

Requirements

• You have a track record of leading and scaling community initiatives at leading L1s or blue-chip DeFi protocols / NFT communities. 
• Web3 Experience: Proven web3 community leadership experience.
• Growth Track Record: Experience implementing successful community growth initiatives.
• Sei Knowledge: Strong understanding of Sei’s blockchain technology, ecosystem participants, and community initiatives.
• Project Management: Project management skills for multitasking and deadlines.
• Crypto-Native: Crypto-native with deep knowledge of the current meta.
