Growth Manager, MENA (Arabic Speaking)

• Execute and implement comprehensive growth strategies tailored to the MENA region, focusing on market penetration and user base expansion grounded in meticulous data analysis to identify high-leverage opportunities.

• Manage multi-channel growth plans including and not limited to digital marketing, content creation, SEO/ASO, campaigns, social media and offline activation, while leveraging data to inform product decisions and marketing messages, ensuring they resonate with the target audience.

• Work on initiatives to improve the overall funnel from acquisition to retention and help drive overall revenue growth.

• Collaborate with different functions across the organization to achieve growth targets, utilizing data-driven approaches to maximize results.

• Conduct market and user research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges for OKX in MENA.

• Optimize spending across various channels to achieve growth targets, using a rigorous, data-driven approach to maximize ROI. Implement testing frameworks, experiment with growth hacks, and analyze performance data to identify the most effective strategies.

What We Look For In You:

• Proven track record in developing and executing growth strategies for market penetration and user expansion.

• Expertise in multi-channel marketing, including digital, SEO/ASO, social media, and offline activations.

• Skilled in utilizing testing frameworks, growth hacks, and performance analysis to optimize strategies.

• Demonstrated experience with data analysis and data mapping, essential for identifying strategic growth opportunities and optimizing marketing efforts.

• Holistic Growth Vision, beyond just acquisition, you understand the importance of the entire user funnel, from attracting new users to retaining them and boosting overall revenue growth.

• Previous experience in crypto space in MENA.

• Excellent communication skills, fluency in English and Arabic is required.
