Agentio enables marketers to buy creator led ads as easily and scalably as Meta or Google ads—automating sourcing pricing contracting delivery and measurement—so work that took months now happens in minutes.

As these dollars move they need performance-grade pipes; Agentio is how those dollars flow to creators with the speed control and measurement marketers expect. We enable brands like Uber DoorDash and Bombas to run creator campaigns with the same rigor control and accountability as their core performance channels.

About the RoleAs Agentio’s first Growth Marketing Lead you’ll build the systematic demand engine from scratch. Creating repeatable measurable B2B pipeline from: ABM paid channels inbound and connect it tightly to content and sale pipeline.
You won’t be optimizing an existing program; you’ll be building the infrastructure running the experiments and owning the results. You’ll create and operate marketing performance reporting tied to the full customer journey own the marketing-sourced pipeline number and partner tightly with Sales to ensure every conversation is easier because prospects already know who Agentio is and why it matters. High visibility high ownership high impact.
What You’ll DoDemand Generation & PipelineBuild the demand engine from scratch: ABM strategy paid LinkedIn Search B2B influencer strategy and a scalable inbound/outbound assist motion aligned to the product narrative and ICP.
Own the marketing-sourced pipeline number - set targets track performance and report with clarity and confidence.
Run fast experiments across paid and organic channels; set up attribution and KPI cadences and iterate based on data.
Create and operate marketing performance reporting tied to customer journey KPIs: conversion rates win-rate context deal cycle and retention signals.
Own the full marketing ops stack: dashboards funnel architecture tooling selection and CRM/MAP hygiene.
Ensure every program is instrumented measurable and connected to revenue.
Partner tightly with Sales on prospecting and account lists vertical targeting and personalized “zero moment of truth” touches that accelerate deals.
Align marketing air cover to outbound effort - make every Sales conversation easier by ensuring prospects already know who Agentio is and why it matters.
Treat pipeline as a shared number not a marketing-only metric.
B2B growth and ABM operator who can build from zero: You’ve stood up a demand gen program - not just optimized an existing one including ABM strategy paid social inbound infrastructure and reporting.
Fast experimentation and attribution rigor: Hands-on experience running LinkedIn and paid social campaigns with rigorous measurement fast iteration and clear attribution and KPI cadences.
Strong marketing ops instincts: CRM hygiene MAP setup funnel architecture dashboard design and tooling selection - you know how to build the infrastructure that makes demand gen scalable.
Collaborative with Sales by default: You see pipeline as a shared outcome and know how to build the relationship to match - prospecting lists vertical targeting and coordinated outreach are second nature.
6+ years of B2B demand generation or growth marketing experience with a track record of building pipeline programs.
Exceptional ability to learn quickly pivot effectively and deliver high-quality work on tight timelines.
A deep obsession with using AI tools and LLMs to gain 10x leverage and automate previously-manual tasks.
You’re familiar with and passionate about the creator economy and digital advertising.
You bring an entrepreneurial mindset able to balance speed with strategy.
You’re laser-focused on outcomes and delivering measurable pipeline impact.
You’re a natural collaborator with Sales Content and PMM who gets things done without waiting for perfect conditions.
You’re comfortable in zero-to-one environments and thrive when you truly own the outcome.
