RocketReach is in a period of rapid growth and we are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager - Email/Operations who will join the growing RocketReach Marketing team! In this role you will have the opportunity to help us define a comprehensive strategy, test and iterate, and work with great cross functional partners. You will be an integral part in defining how we create and capture demand and engage our users as we scale the RocketReach business!

- Email Marketing Strategy: Working closely with our Product, Customer Success and Sales teams to develop our email marketing strategy to drive engagement, acquisition, retention, and conversion.
- Email Campaign Planning, Execution and Optimizations: Plan, create, and manage email marketing campaigns from start to finish (e.g., developing email content, segmenting the audience, setting up email delivery and tracking, and continuously optimizing based on data-driven insights)
- Marketing Automation and Email Database Management: Manage and utilize marketing automation tools to streamline email marketing processes and workflows (e.g., triggered emails, drip campaigns, and customer journeys to deliver the right message to the right audience at the right time). Manage the email database, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM Act). Monitor and improve email deliverability and sender reputation.
- Analytics and Reporting: Provide insights based on key email marketing metrics and KPIs to improve campaign performance and ROI.
- Compliance and Legal Considerations: Stay up to date with email marketing regulations and compliance requirements. Ensure email marketing practices align with relevant laws and guidelines, and implement necessary consent management processes and unsubscribe mechanisms.
- Education: A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in managing email marketing campaigns, including hands-on experience with email automation tools and marketing operations management.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with email marketing platforms and tools (e.g., Hubspot, Salesforce, SendGrid,etc.). Proficiency in email campaign management, email automation, audience segmentation, A/B testing, and email deliverability best practices. Proficiency in using email marketing analytics tools to track, measure, and analyze key performance metrics and KPIs.
- Demonstrated experience in marketing operations management, campaign scheduling, and familiarity with marketing technology stack and tools for marketing automation, CRM, analytics, and reporting.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with HTML and CSS for email template customization and troubleshooting. Understanding of email deliverability factors, email authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and email compliance regulations (CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR).
- Strategic Thinking: Understanding of audience segmentation, customer journey mapping, and personalization tactics to maximize engagement and conversions.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate deployment, content consistency, and data integrity.
- Communication and Collaboration: Excellent, clear, concise communication skills to engage our users and effectively liaise with cross-functional teams and external vendors. Have the agility to work with a small, collaborative, and cross-functional team.
