As Growth Marketing Manager - Conversion Optimization, you will be responsible for developing advanced conversion funnel optimization strategies that will drive growth across our paid marketing channels. As part of our mission to humanize online shopping, you’ll play an integral role in creating contextual and personalized customer journeys seen by millions of people every day.
You have a passion for experimentation and an interest in identifying patterns and behaviors. You put yourself in the customer’s shoes and know the importance of building trust and providing value to drive conversions. And you never stop identifying new opportunities to improve performance.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need experience creating effective frameworks for continuously improving conversion rates across entire marketing funnels including landing pages, quiz flows, and other native experiences. You’ll work directly with our Head of Marketing and cross-functionally with multiple teams to unlock new growth opportunities for the business.
In this role, you will:
- Manage the development of lead generation funnels and landing page strategy, from ideation to execution, with a clear vision for how to test and scale
- Personalize our consumer onboarding experience by targeting messaging based on insights, behavioral data, and a deep understanding of our target customers
- Collaborate with paid media, design, and engineering teams to produce landing pages, quiz flows, and other native conversion funnels across our consumer experience
- Create a methodical data-driven testing framework consistently driving new learnings across the organization to improve conversion rates
- Analyze and track KPIs, leveraging performance data to both identify optimization within existing funnels and unlock new opportunities for growth
- Develop a roadmap of key projects and priorities to hit performance improvement targets throughout the year
About you:
- 6+ years of experience in conversion rate optimization, personalization, and analytics
- Expert-level knowledge of experiment design and statistical power
- Hands-on experience using A/B testing tools such as Optimizely or Google Optimize
- Knowledge of paid marketing channels including paid social, paid search, display
- Proficient in using Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, etc) with an ability to articulate learnings clearly
- Strong organizational and time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects while meeting deadlines
- Exceptional attention to detail with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent in direct-response marketing concepts and best practices
- Passionate about testing and pushing the boundaries of growth opportunities
- Solid collaborator and motivated to produce results both independently and with a team
- Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with the ability to pivot needed
