About the job
This position functions as a part of our Revenue Operations organization, partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive internal training, onboarding, and enablement efforts. This position acts as a primary liaison between Allbound’s GTM teams, helping to drive efforts related to improving the onboarding experience, developing custom training programs, and creating playbooks and targeted enablement content. The primary focus of the GTM Enablement Specialist will be on Sales, BDR, and CSM end user engagement, enablement, ramp time, and knowledge retention.
The ideal candidate will be both resourceful and creative in designing holistic and engaging enablement programs that meet the needs of our GTM teams.
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
- Manage and scale Allbound’s Sales, BDR, and CSM onboarding processes, working with leaders of each team to develop bespoke onboarding schedules, certifications, checkpoints, and content spanning the first 90 days of employment
- Function as a primary point of contact during onboarding of GTM team members, ensuring each team member has what they need to achieve maximum speed to ramp
- Work with Account Executives, BDRs, and CSMs to understand major pain points, process sticking points, and training opportunities; coordinate with stakeholders across the organization to develop collateral and training materials that empower our teams to excel in their roles
- Work cross-functionally to uplevel Allbound’s internal content repository, creating a clear path for Allbound team members to find the most relevant and up-to-date training content
- In partnership with RevOps and Business Development, manage an ongoing calendar of training sessions for our sales and customer success teams, identifying SMEs and speakers best suited for each session as needed
- Partner with GTM leaders to develop updated enablement content pertaining to objection handling, competitive selling, GTM process adherence, and more
- Interface with Product and Marketing as needed during product / feature launch initiatives to ensure GTM team members are properly enabled to sell new & enhanced Allbound functionality
- Assist with organization and execution of quarterly QBRs and annual sales kickoff events

Required
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 3+ years sales, business development, or training/learning development experience
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical solutions in non-technical language
- Strong organization, research, and time management skills, and ability to manage multiple projects and competing tasks/priorities
- Driven self-starter with high initiative and confidence
- Strong written communication skills
Desired
- Experience in internal enablement content creation
- Experience in managing competitive intelligence initiatives across a sales organization
- Proficient in Salesforce CRM and Salesloft or similar sales engagement tool
Location
This role will be remote and based in the East Coast, USA, and/or in our Atlanta office.
