We are seeking a strategic Enterprise Project Manager for the Go-to-Market organization to steward the decision identification, making, and resolution process for marketing, sales, and customer success. They are responsible for partnering with leaders to set priorities, standards and goals for the Go-to-Market portfolio of projects and ensuring their process complements – and does not compete with – firmwide OKRs. This individual will partner closely with the VP of Go-to-Market Strategy & Operations to set a strategy for planning, prioritization, and value realization so that projects align with strategic objectives. While the Enterprise Project Manager may consult with key team leads (Systems and Enablement) on establishing project governance or as-needed in sprint ceremonies, the EPM will typically manage several large-scale, cross-functional, complex projects.

The ideal candidate is a born problem-solver who enjoys partnering with leaders to identify problems, root-cause analyze them, garner consensus on which projects to fund when, steward special projects, and ensure individuals, managers, and leaders take the most elegant path from current state to ideal state. They naturally forms good relationships with stakeholders, engages teams, and coaches team members on how to work together effectively while conducting constructive lessons-learned sessions and retrospectives to continuously improve project management. Colleagues may describe this person as "creative” and “responsible” or the ultimate force-multiplier and “team player.” Their strong organizational and relationship management allows them to translate goals and objectives into actionable and measurable enhancements as well as anticipate and remediate risks before they arise. They win others over and create alignment by developing interesting, cogent, and well-edited communications to stakeholders including executive leadership. Working in a complex and dynamic environment, the individual delivers high-quality work at speed, maintaining flexibility when faced with time constraints.

Responsibilities
  • Create strategy: work with GTM executives and Operations team to develop a strategy that aligns each project with quarterly or yearly business goals to maximize and evaluate the impact of every large team effort.
  • Enhance processes: develop workflows, architecture, and shared language teams will use for GTM projects.
  • Provide governance: partner with VP GTM Strategy & Operations to monitor operational responsibility for the entire client-facing organization, including everything from release plans to project management tools.
  • Manage programs: develop plans for risk mitigation and scope creep, develop scalable ways to capture user feedback, create visibility for internal customers, and assess project value. Use software that offers dashboards, analytics, automation and ease of use. Oversee project execution of several projects in parallel.
  • Streamline projects: simplify how large, complex, cross-functional projects are designed and executed by collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success executives and VPs. Function as “the glue” between departments and provide support, resources and guidance to ensure operational efficiency.
    • Create detailed project schedules and manage dependencies and intersections
    • Assist leaders with planning, prioritizing, and task management for their teams
    • Monitor project progress and provide visibility into progress through regular project reviews
    • Ensure deadlines are met, scope is agreed upon, and resources are allocated appropriately
    • Perform risk analysis and provide guidance and support for team members as needed
  • Partner with GTM Systems Lead: manage special system projects for the GTM tech stack; oversee project execution, coordination, communication, and tracking project initiatives to ensure deadlines are met. Capture and define data and system requirements across Salesforce, Hubspot, Outreach, PandaDoc, ZoomInfo.
Proven Capabilities
  • Strong understanding of information technology and information systems, the software development life cycle (SDLC), and project management methodologies such as agile project management
  • Demonstrated proficiency with project planning, research, and analysis
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills including ability to convey technical information in layperson’s terms
  • Understanding of systems, development methodologies, systems architecture, systems administration, and tools and processes that support business systems
  • Proven grasp of multiple project management tools like Jira, Asana, etc and techniques like Scrum or Kanban
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Business, Finance, or relevant degree
  • At least 5-8 years experience in project management or related fields
  • A Project Management Certification, for example: PMP, CAPM, PMI, PRINCE2, ITIL, CSM, CBAP, PPM, PM
  • Familiarity with GTM tech stack preferred: Salesforce, PowerBI, Hubspot, ZoomInfo, Gainsight
  • Proficiency in MS Office products and web-based tools
