We’re looking for a GTM Resources Manager to join Procore’s global marketing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the content direction, development, delivery, and storytelling aspect working with a global team of marketers who will revolutionize how construction is done.

As a GTM Resources Manager you’ll collaborate with the extended marketing, sales, and customer success teams to determine impactful resources required for rolling out GTM programs. You will be accountable for establishing content strategy, coordinating content effectiveness plans with your target audience and the revenue enablement team, delivering content with strategic considerations for how marketers, sellers, and customer success individuals will interact with, leverage, and consume the content you have designed. You will leverage your deep marketing content knowledge, along with your exceptional EQ, IQ, creativity, and relationship skills, to build out the world with Procore.

This position reports into the Sr. Director of GTM Readiness and and has the opportunity to work remotely in the US or be based out of any of our US offices. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

What you’ll do:

Content Direction & Storytelling

  • Establish an industry content strategy for sales, customer success, and the channel

  • Ensure content is aligned to strategy, industry value drivers, and customer outcomes

  • Tailor content to the right audience for the right event or purpose so that it resonates with sales/customer success and focuses on customers' businesses and outcomes 

  • Work closely with SMEs to simplify content and bring out the right message to promote the value for the customer

  • Structure presentation content for strong storytelling, building in actions/next steps

Content Development

  • Collaborate with senior sales leaders, the strategy, marketing industry, and competitive teams to develop and align sales plays with strategic industry direction before rolling out to sales

  • Break down complex technical terminology for diverse audiences and translate analytics into meaningful insights for customer conversations

  • Understand how sales/CS currently leverage content (when in the customer lifecycle and for what purpose) including performing user testing with sales/CS prior to releasing content (shadow targeted roles to validate content efficacy) 

  • Coordinate with the Revenue Enablement team to ensure awareness of all industry/customer content developed 

  • Provide sales and CS with small bits of education through sound bites, customer videos, key leader emails

  • Engage and manage content creation vendors

Content Delivery

  • Determine what content belongs on what platform (e.g., Highspot, Crayon, etc.) based on the asset, audience, and content restrictions

  • Maintain contacts with teams responsible for the different platforms. Understand the purpose of the different platforms to ensure alignment to future platform plans/roadmaps

  • Track, measure, and report on content performance and analytics. Determine effectiveness of program resources and recommend changes based on analysis of available asset data

  • Monitor adoption of enablement resources by sales, customer success, and the channel and assist with reinforcement programs

  • ​Up to 15% domestic travel

What we’re looking for:

  • BA/BS or equivalent experience

  • 8 + years of proven experience in sales and sales training, preferably at a SaaS company

  • Demonstrable experience managing projects or programs where you led an extended team to design and execute solutions to complex problems

  • Ability to manage and facilitate core teams

  • Ability to develop and execute on program plans, including project schedules and budgets

  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

  • Ability to effectively communicate to stakeholders at all levels of the organization 

  • Proven success collaborating with product, customer success, and sales teams to show the value behind your projects

  • A deep connection to the construction industry and or the con-tech landscape is a plus

Additional Information

Base Pay Range $113,560 - $156,145. Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
