Head Baker / Pastry Chef

Nectarine Grove restaurant group is looking for a professional baker to manage production of breads and baked goods. This is a highly independent position with a high degree of responsibility. We give you the tools and staff to get the job done while you execute according to production plans. Responsibilities include but are not limited to creating a daily production list based on demand and restaurant needs, purchasing, cleanliness and organization, quality control, and overall production control. This is a hands on position. Daily production for our restaurants will be led by the head baker, ensuring all items are created with the highest standards. Experience with donuts, breads, baguettes, dinner rolls, croissants, eclairs, bagels is required.
