DoiT International is looking for a motivated individual to take on the newly created role of Head of Client Services Operations. Reporting into our VP of Client Services, this critical leadership role will own how we operationalize and manage delivery oriented data, programs and projects as we look to scale with an eye for global continuity, alignment and efficiency. The ideal candidate for this position will possess excellent program management, strong communication skills, data analytics and systems experience. Your role will play a critical component in supporting, enabling, and generating business intel for our rapidly growing Client Services organization.

Responsibilities: 

  • Strategic Alignment & Collaboration: 
    • Develop and launch an integrated global communications plan with programs and initiatives tied directly to CRE business priorities, value creation, and engagement.
    • Develop a joint strategy for Headcount Capacity Planning, with quarterly reforecasting, and alignmentment with People Operations on goal and plans.  
    • Partner and collaborate deeply with CRE leadership team and our People Strategy Business Partner to enable middle managers to identify, develop, implement, and consistently track key performance indicators across the department
    • As part of the CRE leadership team, participate in key discussions that help shape the overall strategy and direction of the department and operational initiatives. 
  • Department Operations: 
    • Define and implement a data model that aligns the management team on how best to measure success and process improvement
    • Uncover opportunities to leverage data and technology that will help drive global alignment, transparency and operating efficiency across the team as we look to elevate and scale the department 
    • Manage the evolving technology stack, systems optimization, repeatable processes and associated documentation used by all CREs as we look to support enterprise scalability
  • Program Management: 
    • Own the strategic development and maintenance of existing and future GCP/AWS partner programs in collaboration with strategic functions and stakeholders across the business.
    • Own the CRE Onboarding program and establish a programmatic approach to internal team training and skill development
    • Programatize our Customer Training strategy (relative to existing AWS and GCP trainer programs), with a clear external customer training schedule, trainer assignments, maintained and centralized training materials maintenance
    • KPI Reporting and Visibility

Requirements:

  • Google Analytics, Zendesk, Salesforce.com, and underlying systems are a strong plus
  • Project management experience and a successful track record of implementing department strategic initiatives across the organization from the ground up
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong interpersonal skills in working with all functional groups and at all levels
  • Self-disciplined and strong time management skills. “Hands on” type that can get things done working alone or with teams
  • Experience and familiarity with cloud management and infrastructure or other related technologies such as AWS, Google Cloud, or other Cloud providers
  • High skills level for Excel, PowerPoint, Word and other analysis and presentation tools
  • Experience working in startups or other fast paced high tech environments is a plus
