Head of Developer Relations

Responsibilities

• Be an advocate and spokesperson for Sei on various communication channels in the crypto space (Twitter, Discord and in the crypto space).
• Bootstrap and expand a thriving community of Sei native builders.
• Creating and executing a holistic strategy to attract new developers.
• Implement a smooth developer onboarding journey - from documentation, tooling, tutorials etc.
• Drive developer facing engagements such as hackathons, builder houses, and developer meetups globally.
• Share developer engagement metrics cross functionally across business development and ecosystem teams, creating a 360 degree developer feedback loop.
• Contribute to the technical thought leadership related to but not limited to Sei's tech and products.

Requirements

• Experience building and lead a devrel team at a relevant project in crypto such as L1s, L2s or consumer facing dApps.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Solid experience in developer relations and advocacy in the blockchain or cryptocurrency space.
• Experience in leading community programs in developer relations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiar with Rust, Solidity and other relevant programming languages.
