Job Description
Airtable’s Connected Apps Platform (CAP) is designed to break down data silos across the enterprise and enables powerful customized workflows while connecting teams across shared data.Â
With the average company using well over a hundred different SaaS products, it is critical that Airtable partners deeply with system integrator and service provider companies to unlock the full potential of the Airtable platform for existing and potential customers. These partners will extend the use cases for our customers, deliver services and provide customizations to Airtable instances. These partners will work closely with our Services teams to learn best practices and offer complementary services to our customers.
As the Head of EMEA Partners you will be working closely with EMEA Leadership on the strategy to build out a robust partner ecosystem in EMEA for services and reseller partners. You will define the value proposition for the partners, work closely with the programs team in defining the best model and work with executive leadership on the strategy. You’ll help identify and recruit partners by skill set, capabilities, geographical coverage and commitment to Airtable. You will work closely with the EMEA sales team, Partner Programs, Marketing and Services teams in managing these partners and guiding them in how to develop an Airtable practice. You will also grow and manage a large regional team of partner managers. Experience with large and regional service providers and system integrators a must.
What you'll do- Work closely with EMEA leadership on a regional partnership strategy that aligns with the overall EMEA company strategy
- Build and scale an ecosystem of partners with the right technical and services capabilities to be successful Airtable partners
- Hire and manage a team of regional partner managers
- Work closely with EMEA sales teams on alignment with the partners to support the sales goals
- Use your extensive knowledge and network of the EMEA partner ecosystem to recruit the right partners and talent
- 10-15+ years EMEA Partner management experience
- Broad working knowledge of the enterprise SaaS landscape - and category leaders in various areas
- “Conversationally technical” - you’re comfortable talking integrations and services models
- A builder who has experience building a function and partner ecosystem from scratch
- Able to negotiate relationships, and manage complex partner engagements
- Sales minded to determine the best engagement models to produce the best return for Airtable
- EMEA alliance experience with various geographical markets
