What's exciting about the role
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Head of Financial Institutions for North America to drive our sales initiatives within the financial sector.
Main responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate regional and global banks, fostering long-term partnerships
- Lead negotiations and close deals with senior executives at target financial institutions
- Represent our company at industry events, demonstrating thought leadership and a deep understanding of market trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with company goals
- Maintain a high degree of professionalism and an ability to articulate complex solutions in a clear and persuasive manner.
Skills and Experience we desire
- Ideally 10 years of experience in hardware sales, specifically within the Financial services industryÂ
- Experience leading a top performing national sales team for Financial institutionsÂ
- Profound understanding of the regional and global banking landscape, acquiring companies, and card payment systems
- Proven track record of successful sales to high-level stakeholders in financial institutions
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with C-Suite executives
- Strong strategic thinking and an entrepreneurial spirit, with an ability to identify and act on opportunities
- Polished and professional demeanor, with a sophisticated approach to business engagements
- Eloquent in communication, negotiation, and problem-solving with top-level decision-makers
- Ability to travel as necessary to meet business objectives and client needs

- The salary range for this position which represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation on an annualized basis
- The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, and credentialsÂ
