We are looking for a Head of iFIT Go To Market who knows how to turn bold business strategy into real subscriber growth. Someone who understands that GTM is not a checklist. It is storytelling, timing, positioning, and relentless execution that inspires people to believe in a new version of themselves.

You think about subscriber growth before anything else.
You understand that content is product, product is experience, and experience drives retention.
You have built something from zero to one and also know what excellence looks like inside a scaled business.
You are equal parts strategist and operator. You can paint the big vision and then roll up your sleeves to make it real.
You are energized by ambiguity, fast decisions, and a team that believes in moving forward.
What you will actually do
Own the Go To Market strategy for the iFIT subscription business and turn big ideas into measurable subscriber growth.
Translate company strategy into positioning, narratives, and launch plans that inspire people to invest in their future selves.
Shape how the world understands iFIT. Not as a product, but as a lifestyle platform powered by content, coaching, and community.
Partner across Subscription, Product, Content, Marketing, and Commercial teams to align execution around one goal. Growth.
Define success metrics tied to acquisition, engagement, retention, and lifetime value. Then obsess over improving them.
Help build a GTM motion that scales as fast as our ambition.
What you bring
Deep experience in subscription, content, or consumer technology businesses where growth actually mattered.
A track record of building something new and also leading inside an organization that operates at scale.
The ability to turn complex product strategy into simple, compelling stories that resonate with real people.
A bias for action and a strong point of view, balanced with curiosity and collaboration.

Role Commitments
- Own the Go To Market strategy for the iFIT subscription business, ensuring every launch and campaign clearly communicates the value of a healthier lifestyle powered by iFIT.
- Translate company and subscription strategy into clear GTM plans that drive measurable subscriber growth, engagement, and retention.
- Lead positioning and messaging that moves beyond selling products and instead inspires customers to invest in their future selves through content, coaching, and community.
- Partner closely with Subscription, Product, Marketing, Content, and Commercial teams to align strategy, priorities, and execution around subscriber growth.
- Define success metrics tied to subscription performance and continuously refine GTM strategies based on data, insights, and market feedback.
