Head of Lifecycle CRM
As a the leader of our Lifecycle CRM team, you will be responsible for leveraging email, push, in-app, and SMS messaging to accelerate growth and customer retention at LoopNet. This role will work cross-functionally with our Growth, Product Marketing, Brand, Product, Engineering and Customer Experience teams (pretty much everyone). In this role you'll be responsible for building relationships with customers across the lifecycle from first-touch, to win back for multiple product verticals.
This role is critical to the success of the lifecycle marketing program. A successful candidate has several years of experience with lifecycle marketing, especially in the realm of email, is an independent creative thinker and strong leader.
What You'll Do
- Leading by example by putting your vast experience to work in an exciting, high-paced B2B startup like environment
- Owns strategy, planning, execution, and measurement of CRM/Lifecyle marketing campaigns that drive revenue and increase retention
- Be the end-to-end manager of email, push, in-app, and SMS marketing strategies for lifecycle, transactional, triggered, and promotional programs to increase core business KPIs
- Set automation strategy and requirements (lifecycle triggers, scalable creative templates) and collaborate with Product, Engineering and Analytics to build automations needed to drive the roadmap forward to achieve business results
- Drive conversion of leads by identifying the right touchpoints and predictive models that will advance a prospect to the next funnel phase through nurturing and other email/direct mail/digital marketing campaigns
- Be accountable for messaging development for campaigns and serve as a proactive partner within the broader Marketing and Product organization
- Coordinate planning of programs and initiatives with marketing, product and sales teams to develop an integrated direct mail and email marketing plan that supports both sales and product objectives and ensures smooth implementation and quality customer experience
- Collaborate with Analytics to regularly design and execute A/B tests and experiments to drive core KPIs and increase team knowledge
- Identify potential new external partners to support lifecycle and product growth initiatives
- Regularly communicate results and analysis with senior leadership and other key stakeholders
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of relevant experience and demonstrated success in growth, lifecycle, or email at a B2B company
- Experience setting up and deploying campaigns and enhancing the capabilities of marketing automations through platforms like Pardot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, DemandBase, etc.
- Expert in segmentation, list management, deployment, and lifecycle marketing best practices
- Strong track record of success in driving company growth through development of experimentation systems and execution of multivariate tests
- Strategic and analytical thinker who is mission-driven, customer-first, and who can translate deep empathy for our members into product growth and lifecycle marketing strategies
- Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with exceptional prioritization and execution ability
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with comfort presenting insights and results to senior leadership and the company at large
- A creative thinker who can oversee multi-touch campaigns who also has a strong focus on ROI with keen analytical abilities to derive insight from large amounts of data from diverse sources and oversee test and learn initiatives
- A high-EQ leader with a history of building, developing, and retaining outstanding teams.
