Job Description

The Cisco Meraki team is seeking a bold, creative Product Management leader for our Meraki Health initiative. In this role, you will own, evangelize, and implement our vision for effortless network operations and superior end-user experience through intuitive interfaces, sophisticated insights, trustworthy automations, and time-saving support tools. You will lead a product team responsible for defining the expansive vision, planning how best to achieve it, working across product and engineering teams to implement it, and collaborating with sales and marketing to position it.

Cisco Meraki has changed the way the industry thinks about networking. You will team up with some of the world's best, across the Meraki org and broader Cisco community. Together, we will evolve the best network management experience in the industry. You'll develop a high degree of domain expertise, deliver high-impact presentations, and evangelize the power and simplicity of cloud managed networking experiences.

You will be instrumental in growing the reach and appeal of the Meraki platform for customers across the globe.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the strategy for Meraki Health across all facets of the Meraki platform
  • Build and lead a diverse team of highly motivated product management professionals
  • Collaborate with our engineering, UX, and product teams to craft novel approaches to new and existing use cases
  • Define product direction, roadmap, and positioning
  • Assist, enable, and train our sales team to tell the Meraki Health story
  • Think across Cisco's extensive product portfolios and technology partners to expand the power of Meraki Health
Qualifications:
  • BA/BS in CS, EE, or equivalent professional experience
  • 10+ years of experience in product management leadership or senior engineering management
  • 5+ years of work experience in networking technology
  • Bonus points for experience with data science and AI/ML techniques
  • Keen empathy for the customer experience
  • Passion for learning about networking and cloud technologies, and a desire to nudge forward the state of the art
  • Strong design aesthetics and a compulsion to build outstanding user experiences
  • Entrepreneurship, a "can do" demeanor, and the desire to make an impact
