We are seeking an experienced Head of Programs - Scale Motions to ideate, frame and help our fields execute on large, multi-year Azure portfolio of accounts for our fast-growing segment of accounts: Majors. In this role, you will deeply collaborate with sister teams to drive Microsoft Azure Commit to Consume program (MACC) consumption for Majors; you will amplify existing field motions with an eye on MACC and Majors; you will share learnings to innovate where we can be better for our customers and our field teams. Majors is a segment of the fastest growing customers; Majors is about scale and speed.
Do you enjoy working with Microsoft's field teams and our customers, and can you see a long-term vision to help drive execution strategy to enable our Customer Success Account Managers (CSAM) and Azure Cloud Solution Architects (CSA) accelerate customer success? Qualifications:
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Sales, Marketing, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology (IT), or related field AND 6+ years experience in change management, project management, customer engagement, organizational development, sales/business engagement, relationship management, analytics, or customer feedback and intelligence program management
- OR equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of Program, Project or Product Management
- 4+ years of experience in sales or consulting in the enterprise segment, working directly with large customers.
- Master's Degree (or equivalent) AND 8+ years experience in change management, project management, customer engagement, sales/business engagement, relationship management, analytics, or customer feedback and intelligence program management
- OR equivalent experience.
- MACC knowledge is a super bonus.
- Executive communications and presence. Know how and when to summarize and escalate issues.
- Self-directed, team player

Responsibilities:
As a leader of this strategic program for Majors, you will have:
Business Acumen and Executive Presence
- Executive presence to build confidence and trust with corporate and field partners
- Technical acumen to drive ideation, planning and operationalization of business strategy
- Drive field and engineering relationships across Microsoft to ensure we are focused on unblocking customers as they onboard to Azure
- Versatile with proven ability to be adaptable in rapidly evolving business/org situations
- Analytical skills, able to distill key insights from incomplete data
- Broad knowledge of consumption trends & complications of core infrastructure business, especially as it relates to migration to Azure.
- Data driven through use of existing and to be signed corporate datasets. You need to LOVE Excel and PBI.
- Deep experience program managing and deploying programmatic strategies to our field teams. You will own the end to end planning and strategy for this Microsoft Azure Consumption Commitment (MACC) space for Majors
- Running the business: reporting and overall business insights aligned to MACCs
- Validate and adjust strategy leveraging key Microsoft milestones
