We find and purchase properties and coordinate the efforts of our partners through a proprietary technology stack. This system takes in huge amounts of data at national and local levels, which combined with information about each individual property, gives us and our partners a competitive advantage in pricing, speed, and scale. The technology is constantly evolving to remain best-in-class, but it is only as good as our team that drives it, which is where you come in.

Salary Range
The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $115,000 - $155,000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the design and delivery of comprehensive training programs to develop Renovation team members and Partners in alignment with company strategies and objectives, including but not limited to:
- Policies and Procedures
- Technical Skills
- Vendor Management
- Industry Best Practices
- Technology and Systems
- Collaborate with the company’s Partnerships team to support the management of Avenue One’s Renovation Partner network (e.g., prospecting, onboarding, success management, offboarding)
- Work closely with People Operations to:
- Continuously gather feedback and identify employee development opportunities
- Design and implement career development pathways for Renovation team members
- Support the execution of strategic programs and initiatives to ensure a best-in-class Renovation service offering and establish Avenue One as a preferred partner
- Communicate important updates and notices to the Renovation teammates and Partners
Experience & Qualifications:
- 7-10 years experience in a senior leadership role
- 5-7 years experience in training and development, vendor/partner management, and strategic program support
- Experience in collaborating with People Operations teams to design and deliver employee development programs
- Experience in single-family rental (SFR) or construction-related project management is a plus
- Highly organized with exceptional time management skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Ability to travel to multiple Avenue One markets (up to 25% travel required)
