Job Description
Team: Business Development
Accountabilities:
- Own end-to-end revenue operations, including forecasting, pipeline strategy, and business unit performance in alignment with leadership.
- Lead and scale a lean sales team, ensuring execution discipline, pipeline hygiene, and consistent target achievement.
- Design and continuously optimize outbound and inbound sales motions, including campaigns, messaging, and sequencing.
- Analyze sales performance data to identify bottlenecks and improve conversion rates and efficiency.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine go-to-market strategy and customer acquisition efforts.
- Act as a hands-on leader in closing high-value deals and coaching the team on objection handling and deal execution.
- Proven experience in sales and business development, including leadership of outbound or closing teams in fast-paced environments.
- Experience working directly with founders or executive leadership to scale revenue operations.
- Strong expertise in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent) and sales operations tooling.
- Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to diagnose pipeline issues and improve performance metrics.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills in distributed or remote team environments.
- Strong consultative selling and objection-handling capabilities with a focus on scalable processes.
